The Auld Enemy, a new exhibition which tells the story of the immense football rivalry between Scotland and England over the years, has been unveiled in Scotland.

Looking as far back as the world’s first international in 1872, to the play-off matches for Euro 2000, the exhibition covers 128 years of action packed history, chronicling the world’s oldest international football rivalry.

Those who go along will get the chance find out all about the star players and the great teams which moulded football history, and hear the stories of Hampden Park and Wembley Stadium being retold.

And prized items will be on show, including caps, jerseys and programmes, and Scotland and England shirts from football legends including Jimmy Johnstone, Jim Baxter and Tommy Lawton.

Those who go along will also get the chance to see the British International Championship trophy and the Rous Cup.

The Auld Enemy Exhibition is at The Scottish Football Museum until January 12.
