Alison Rowat's Review
Once in a while an little film sneaks through the mass of new releases and finds its mark. JC Chandors Wall Street drama is such a find.
First to spot its worth were Kevin Spacey, Stanley Tucci and the rest of a quality cast. Its a dream piece for actors, being the kind of yarn thats full of gabby, Glengarry Glen Ross-style speeches.
More than that, as a tale of capitalism going badly awry, its a film that couldnt have timed its release better.
A true horror story for our times.
