Alison Rowat's Review
There is nothing like the dame that is Carol Channing, she of Hello Dolly and Thoroughly Modern Millie fame, the star with the letter box mouth and the bush baby eyes, the one, the only.
Im in danger here of going as ga-ga for the lady as director Dori Bernstein and the many adoring fans which feature in this portrait of the Broadway star.
With contributions from Debbie Reynolds, Tyne Daly, Barbara Walters and others this is a funny, true, shrewd and deservedly loving look at a stage legend.
